There was a man.

This man was angry.

He was angry at one thing and only one thing.

All he did was talk about them.

How bad they were, how they behaved, how they think like, he's probably the only man on earth who hated (and studied) these creatures this much.

It was unbelievable.

But his hate… it's real.

His hate was so strong, that his aura would draw in any and everyone for his mission.

Kill the goblins. All of them.

I could go on about the specifics and all the rest of it, but I've been doing this reviewing shtick for so long that I am not entirely bothered about writing such tedious boring text for a generation that has utilised a convenient abbreviation against such walls (being tl;dr). I am also not entirely free to go write reams of text; I have achieved busyness. Yep. Me of all people. Don't let that seem like a cop-out thing to do, however. Goblin Slayer's episodes are uneventful, but they are real and gritty. As Goblin Slayer himself. The anime is about getting the job done. What the title says is exactly what you get, in more ways than one, mind you.

It's just a shame that it looked a little bad and shoddy, but that's like things no one really cares about. I will just translate it to "it looks generic" in a literal sense.

Otherwise, you came here for one thing. The angry man.

This is a tale of the man who hated goblins.

He'd devote his life to ending all birthed from this treacherous species.

That man is, Goblin Slayer!
