Isekai is a very overused genre. That said this really had none of the hallmarks of your typical isekai (no hero, no new powers, no driving quest, etc). It was much more like an episodic show that doesn't attempt to go anywhere with a plot or attempt to show you the journey or development of a character. Some of those things sound like bad things, if that's what you're looking for. But if you're just looking for something calm, interesting and wholesome, this could be it.

Story:
The story is somewhat tricky to explain. There really isn't a driving narrative. The main characters, the chef and Aletta, are actually more like side characters in each episode to whichever patron is being spotlighted. That said I found each episode interesting and fun to continue explaining those who show up in the restaurant.

Art:
Not much to say here either. I think the art looks alright. Nothing spectacular but it works with the show.

Sound:
The music does a great job of setting the tone for a calm and excellent restaurant. I actually think the intro may be a bit too upbeat considering the pace of the rest of the show.

Character:
All of the characters meet the minimum requirements for not being horrible characters. None of them are too annoying or too completely one dimensional. That said none of them are terribly interesting.

Enjoyment:
I'm not sure how exactly you can add up all those elements and get a show that I found so enjoyable. Maybe I just watched it in the right mood when I was ready to chill out and not have to focus on a complex plot or watch a hero defeat the final villain. Anyway, I loved it.
