Story-wise, the one thing that stands out is the lesson that words are powerful as actions if not more, and this affects everyone. I would say the writers did a pretty good job of putting this theme as part of the story and characters development (part of obstacle), I'm glad they managed to overcome it. Adding the importance of belief, confidence as well as friendship and teamwork and you got yourself a great recipe for sports anime!
The characters themselves are pretty well written too, it was nice to see how our characters have their own quirks and personalities which make them who they are. It was great to see them shine in their own way, and I enjoyed the humor that came from their personalities as well. The art and animation when they play volleyball definitely has to be praised as well!
The big thing I have to praise is the opening, the ending was good but the opening definitely gets you pumped up and makes you wanna be in the mood to play any kinds of sports!
Overall, I would say give it a go to watch this anime!
