Well, let's start with the opening. The opening is a real banger but that's about it, unfortunately... The show got a lot of hate and in part, I can understand that. But despite all that I still didn't think the show deserved the huge amount of hate it got. For me, the anime was not amazing but also not super bad. Which meant it was mediocre. I found the story, ok but I would consider it a slice of life. It has some action but not enough to call it an action series. The show reminds me of death march kara hajimaru isekai kyousoukyoku. In my opinion, it's very similar. I still prefer death march tho. BY A LOT.
All in all, I would say the anime is mediocre and I think if you're considering about watching it, at least give it a try. You might actually enjoy it!
