And with that I think I pretty much described what you are going to find here: a high degree of silliness within a repertory of gag characters. I know is hard to describe comedy, or characterize it. Some people laugh at different kind of humorous situations. The only thing I can tell you that I am 100% sure is that this anime is so silly, that it could be fun to watch. The story here is kind of a cliché thing, with an amazing world full of adventure and the hero fighting the evil to save the world here and there. Is cliché in my opinion. But, every single episode does not get serious for once, every single time you think shit is going to be serious, but no. This anime will not stop being silly for once, it kind of resembles Monthy Python in that sense. Personally I describe this anime a funny subjective reality.
Silly animated comedies like this one are very rare.
