Mob Psycho is the almost perfect sandwich. It looks great, tastes great, even SMELLS great. To be honest, I don't even know what the sandwich lacks, but I guess there is something missing. Maybe extra fresh lettuce or mommas secret sauce.
While overall it is one of my favourite anime of all time it isn't perfect. I don't even know how to describe why. The Art is amazing. It sounds amazing, but I guess it is because there isn't a HUGE amount of depth when it comes to the characters. While they definitely aren't one-note, it's not as complex and psychological as I like my bread.
I think I am finding myself enjoying really thick bread with lots of different toppings to them.
Mob Psycho's bread has maybe 5 or so toppings which don't get me wrong is delicious in its own right, I think it just doesn't have that 6th to make the perfect sandwich.
Overall it is still a really good series, with some of the best-tasting sandwichs I have ever eaten. 9/10 would each there again.
