Tonikaku Kawaii

Binging this series, I've realized while I keep watching all 12 episodes, my heart keeps beating, どきどき (doki doki) if I must say.

This kind of feeling can only appear when you really are enjoying what you think is love. And after a decent amount of romance anime shows, this hits the spot.

I don't know the reason why I feel like that when I keep watching, but if I have to give an answer, it's the reality part, the part where you doubt if they would really stay together, the part of believing not seeing the love you most pursue.

And yes, this show can be enjoyable if you are single or not.

I'm on the single side so let me tell you why I love this certain anime.

First, we all want our first love to become reality. Some are lucky enough that they already have that first love and some of us who keep on pursuing that first love even if it fails. First love and all, the way the story have the two meet together is what you can call surreal. A boy strucked by a beauty, he might have felt that because he is a total study-all-the-time person. The feeling that you can no longer meet a certain person really does hurt so you got to take the chance (source is me). Grabbing that chance will have you less doubts in the future because you tried.

I also love that the story gives us real life responsibilities. This let us singles know what we need to do when the time comes for us to marry. It shows us the struggles of living together. It shows us realistic love life.

After finishing this series, I feel empty. Oh how nice to have a partner that you really desire. Living everyday together. Singles always wished that for their first love.

And also, did I mention how terrifying this anime is? That's a lot of real life companies. You rarely see an anime which uses real name of companies. Which also add to the reality part.

Now how do I feel about the show? I. Want. More.

This particular kind of romance need to bloom more. Relatable. Reality. Shows that help us be more happy, with a partner or none.
