Story: (no spoilers included)
The story revolves around the utter intelligent Keima Katsuragi, who's in the second year of high school and is kinda addicted to dating games ( bishojo games to be exact). On the internet he is well known as the god of conquest, for his amazing skill to complete every dating sim and the ability to make every virtual girl fall in love with him. On school he is known as an outsider, which seems logical because that is what happens when you're intelligent and different in high-school. He games all day even in class and it's the only thing he does. One day he gets a message asking him if he wants to conquer more girls, and he answers yes. It turns out to be a contract with the devil, to haunt for evil spirits which hide themselves in the heart of girls. The only way to get them out is to open up their heart (no guys, not literally) and make them fall in love with him. Elsie (a demon and supposedly your comic relief) is send to guide him through his tasks, although she has a hard time getting around in the real world. Keima can't refuse the contract, as it will be his death.
The story is a bit weird, but it does not take away from the fun. The Anime kinda knows the idea is weird and handles that well by not going on to serious about the whole demon Elsie thing. The only problem is with that though, that the Anime also tries to get a message across, which is hard when you aren't to serious. However this Anime just masters it, it completely balances serious stuff with stuff that isn't that serious. The comedy works, the morals work, Elsie's character works, Keima works and even the romance works (yeah, it made me give the awh that's cute smile). Perfect balance in my opinion. Oh yeah, and at the end they give something away about next season, and really it is promising.

Visuals.
The visuals are spectacular by times, but have some flaws too. Sometimes the animation feels a bit sloppy, while other times the amount of details you are able to see is just amazing. To bad it's sloppy at times, otherwise the visuals certainly would have had a 10. Also they tend to put text on-screen and signs, those work very well to.

Voice acting (sub).
The voices are good to. Not the best I've heard but certainly acceptable. Elsie is a bit annoying, but Keima is great as his voice can stay calm at all times (although he is able to sound like a maniac). He kinda reminds me of Light.

Sound.
The sound has its ups and downs. At times it's way to much in the background and you don't pay attention to it at all. At the romantic moments the music is great though and it really adds to the certain atmosphere and switch from fun to serious business.

Re-watch value.
You are probably going to watch this a time or 3, it's epic and very funny. The episodes are also really well watchable alone, although some eps are combined.
