lmao Grave of the Fireflies 2.0. Despite being a very similar movie, I really did enjoy this film. Grave of the Fireflies was really good, however, I feel like this movie hit me harder because it is not depressing the whole time like Grave of the Fireflies. Since it is not depressing the entire time, the shocking moments throughout the movie pack more of a punch. I also liked the characters in this movie more. This movie shows how normal lives were affected by World War 2 and seems far more relatable than Grave of the Fireflies. The pacing of the movie is really good, the art is stunning, and all the characters are well done. Everything about this movie is a 9/10 for me. I defiantly recommend giving it a watch.

P.S: I still really liked Grave of the Fireflies, I just liked this movie a bit more.
