Idk what happened with this anime but i would not recommend to watch it. Having read the manga, it's not even a bad adaptation anymore, it is as if you are watching a completely different series. I definitely don’t recommend this show but i would definitely recommend the manga if you're interested.
The story is that Kufa Vampir, the main protagonist of Assassin's Pride faces off against the dark side of his task assassinating Melida. He and Melida fighting their fate together. The story takes place in the world where only aristocrats have the mana to fight the monsters.
The story is poorly paced and largely does not make much sense due to many time skips of important parts which are only present in the source materials.
