It had a slow start. But now 7 episodes in the show is beginning to unfold, and is looking promising. I have some reservations that the story will end properly in the limited remaining episodes however perhaps it will continue into a Season 2 who knows.

There is a perpetual strain that is contributing to very detailed and very rounded character development. The show doesn't just lay everything out on a plate for you, it allows you to make your own judgements on characters and their pasts based on some contextual clues.

If done correctly, I'm really expecting this to get very emotional and heartwarming in a sad way so I guess we'll see! I love the characters so far (Hime is best) and I'm very happy to continue along with their journey.
