This actually sucks, but it's a retelling of Cinderella in the context of a seaside port town obsessed with an upcoming dance-off where a hapless teenage girl (blue hair, but everyone else in the movie has natural hair colors) meanders around while everyone treats her like shit, and it also features a biker gang that commits terrorist acts against the town in order to fight against perceived corruption in said dance-off.
So even though it sucks, I can wholeheartedly recommend it as a great anime experience, and one you won't soon forget. People on MyAnimeList seem to overlook these obscure animes made for young girls, and I think it's a sector of the industry that's sorely in need of a savior to help prop it up. When will the Anitubers come to the rescue?!
