Bishounenized desecration of Alice's Adventures in Wonderland: The fever dream boogaloo

I'm going to be honest with you: I have no idea what was supposed to be going on with most of the manga. Only the 3rd volume has anything resembling a coherent plot. The first two volumes are basically just a collection of random scenes of Alice and her harem. It feels like it's dipping in and out of other manga with various different routes instead of following it's own story. Those chaotic dips are interlaced with random "bloody" "premonitions" of Lizard, or whatever the fuck that was supposed to be.

Speaking of Gray Ringmarc/Lizard, he has to be the dullest character introduced to the Alice's harem. Two thirds of the story he's just a blank character whose only trait is being a bishounen. Of course, Alice falls in love with him within the first few pages, because the plot demands it. It is never exactly explained what she sees in him, it just happens. The final third he also gains the "hurr durr I have inner demons" attitude, complete with the usual "I am too dangerous to be close to you" edgy attitude. Except this time that personality usually reserved for teens is carried out by a grown-ass man. I'm not sure if that makes it slightly less cringy or even more laughable, but it's certainly not an interesting or original way to write a character.

The art is mediocre most of the time (read "boring") with moments where it falls to bad but also moments where it spikes up to acceptable.

Admittedly I might be confused about the story because of some missing info that was not mentioned in this manga, but I have read most of QuinRose manga so if I have to play the novels too for me to be able to understand it, I will just sin for requireing me to do that instead.
