Story:
It really caught me off guard that the series started where the main heroine (Menma) is already dead. While watching this Anime a lot of question suddenly pop out on my head such as why don't just Menma and Jintan do this, etc in that way Jintan can prove that that he can really see Menma and that she do really exist not just a product of Jintan trauma/imaginations(she is visible to Jintan alone due to a reason that they make promise together to fulfill her last wish/request) . This Anime seriously give me a little headache as i don't really understand where the story will headed or how it will reach into that conclusion(I already know the ending of the Anime due to some spoilers I've seen before that's what i'm talking about here) and how should i say this? upon reaching the middle part of the story which is episode 7 and up i still don't have freaking idea how they're going to find a solution to fulfill Menma's last wish/request(which i won't tell anymore cause it will be a huge spoiler) which is good in a lot of ways, it makes it more original. I have watch hundreds of anime already and this is one of the few anime I've watch that i don't have a clue as how will the director/author will wrap the story given the fact that it only have 11 episodes(I have seen few anime who were able to pull this feat, but most of them fail miserably) that's why it makes me more interesting to continue watching this and i can finally say that i did really enjoy watching this Anime.
Art: I'm the type of guy who judge the art(whether i like it or not before deciding giving it a go, i rarely watch Anime which the Art is not good for my own standard) base the setting and year it was develop and i must say that i really like the Art and the Animation.
Sound: Both the OP/ED song compliments the story and both are really beautiful to listen to, it has a soothing melody and vocals on it.
Character: All of the characters are bearable and lovable except for one character which is Yukiatsu(at least for me) not until episode 10 and onward as where his character really develop, this is also true for Jintan(at least not until episode 7 onward) aside from that yeah all characters are good and you'll come to like them soon once you've learn about they're past story.
Enjoyment: I enjoy the suspense on how they will wrap up the whole plot given that it only have 11 episodes, aside from that i also like how this Anime show the perspective of each characters involve in the story.
Overall: Yup this is a good anime it will definitely makes you remind to forgive yourself and be honest of what you truly feel so you won't have regrets afterwards. It also portrays the importance of forgiving others and how important having friends , special someone, family member that will be there for us to support us in our life despite the pain and past mistake we committed.
