Story: 7
The story is pretty straightforward in that we have a young boy who encounters different girls that have weird phenomena happen to them that they can't explain. Every review that I've seen that has given this show a low rating has compared it to the Monogatari series and say that this show is a rip off. I personally haven't finished the Monogatari series but I will say that they are both very similar. The one thing that makes them different is the fact that this show is more straightforward in my opinion.
I personally believe the story was good. Each character story was told well and I felt like I came to really understand each girl more.
Moving on to characters: 8
I loved the characters I won't lie. Especially Kaede, she's cute. Sakuta was a good main character and funnily enough I found him to be pretty relatable. He's comfortable in who he is and doesn't seem to care about what others think about him or how many people like him as long as he has his friends he trusts. I thought he was almost complacent but he grows to be more than that I think he great. He really goes through the most in the show. He's also funny and just such a teenage boy which adds to the humor.
All the character arc was intriguing since their problems all stemmed from the phenomenon called "Puberty Syndrome". They all had some inner turmoil that they weren't facing and refused to accept it head on. I think everyone can relate to their issues because there all very normal human emotions and I think it's cute how they improve from their trials. I just loved it.

I love the music in this anime. The opening song is by 'the peggies' and I think they are amazing and I love their music. The ending song is sung by the voice actors of each of the female characters that the episodes are dedicated to which I was thought was pretty cool and the art for it all was really good.
Overall I really enjoyed this anime and I have nothing bad to say about it. The themes in this show aren't original or extraordinary but they are real and I think that's made me enjoy it all so much and because I truly felt for the characters. I think everyone should give it a try.
