Tada-kun never falls in love is a really good and wholesome romance anime and I loved every bit of it.

The premise is just your ordinary high school setting with a club of high schoolers. As usual with these types of anime it's all about the characters and they're all great. Honestly, all the cast had their own unique thing and seeing them gag off each other with the jokes was hilarious to see. Ijuin was the comedic one and seeing his and Alec's interactions really made me smile alongside Hajime and Hinako who had their own unique thing going on. Most importantly the main relationship between Tada and Teresa was my favourite part of this series, as it is with most romance anime. Seeing these two together just filled me with happiness and that warm feeling it was so wholesome. Their smiles are really contagious and I couldn't stop grinning seeing them together.

This is definitely one of the most wholesome romance anime I've watched and these types are always my favourite. I love romance anime like this which are light on drama and are just wholesome experiences to enjoy. I really like the way that Tada-kun never falls in love is much more subtle with its romance. Most romance anime go all out with tropes and over the top characters as their leads but Tada-kun takes it much more subtle having two main leads who are genuinely just nice people and are so good together. I also like how Tada-kun handles its romance and puts a twist on the order of things. Instead of the boy falling for the girl first, its the girl falling for the boy first. Its always so nice to see just the subtle hints at their feelings like occasionally looking their way or being happy around them. The romance in Tada-kun is definitely much more realistic than normal anime which makes it such a charm to watch.

That OP is so catchy as well. Having lyrics about love and mixing in the themes of cameras and photos. I didn't skip this OP once when I first watched it and definitely didn't skip it when I re-watched it recently.

My only problem with the series is that there's no season 2. I would love to see more of Tada and Teresa and their daily lives. Sadly since this is an anime original there is no source material either.

Overall I strongly recommend watching this anime if you like wholesome romance as I do. You won't be disappointed. Along with its more subtle way of telling a romance story, I feel Tada-kun is a must-watch for romance lovers who want a new and refreshing take on romance anime.
