(+) Things excalated very quickly. There's still very little (but still some special scene that I enjoyed) relationship development but now the war is way more complex and gruesome than ever. You don't know where to look and unexpected things will happen this time. They divided alternatively both sides by 50/50. I enjoyed how they added classical orchestral music as background.
(-) It felt more like a transitional phase, an intermezzo of sorts, although at the end of episode 20 they led us to believe something big will happen. I felt like we're missing the real bad people out there. Maybe I'm looking at the wrong direction?Also, why did they divide second season like this? It's confusing because it's not really a 1h movie, they're like OVAs.
