Surprisingly it is not good.
The main draw of this particular manga is oldschool style and well drawn surroundings. It is pleasing to look at. There's also ton of fanservice here.
However, the story is disjointed, moves very quickly and in the end starts to resemble random collection of scenes. It quickly jumps from one thing to another, introduces concepts and ideas too quickly And turns into incoherent mess. There's also plenty of shouting and pointless drama at times. It is a pity, really, as there seems to be a fairly rich lore here and the setting is interesting, but it is never properly displayed.
So, to summarize it:
Story: 4/110
Art: 6/10
Character: 4/10
Enjoyment: 4/110
Overall: 4/10
The bottom line is that while the art is nice, the story is incoherent and isn't very good, moves too quickly and feels disjointed. That reduces enjoyment of the work.
So, it is worth checking for its artwork, but that's about it.
