Some interesting concepts and characters are introduced, but are quickly shoved aside for the next big thing, which makes them feel cheap and of no value.
Transformation galore, they felt the need to introduce plenty of transformations, making it feel even cheaper than actually earning their power.
Some characters look like they're straight out of someone's Deviant Art gallery, whilst some of the animation make everything look like it was drawn by an intern given 15 minutes to complete the frame.
Overall, I feel like Toriyama's previous work was more enjoyable and well produced.
Even though they still suffered from flaws, it felt like a more fun and interesting experience than this.
