The thing is, it kind of is, but it's THE show that made this genre make a huge boom in the first place, or at least one of the shows. It's popular. Super popular. And I mean, if I watched this in 2009, I would be too. So I play homage to this show, and watched it just now.
Honestly, kind of boring, but you have to understand that the reason its boring is because I've already watched shows like this before, but this show was the reasons those shows were even made.
So, its got a lot of cliches, but it invented the cliches. So, is it really cliche then?
Lastly, the art is pretty damn good honestly, wouldn't think it was a 2009 show unless I checked. Up to standard that's for sure.
Anyways, if you like the genre you will like it. For me, The genre isn't really my cup of tea most of the time, but I will give it an 8 to give respects to the origins. A 6, if I am being completely objective.
