Important Note: You gotta watch this movie alongside the movie Ftmutari no Hero, it's connect it as a episode 0.
Plot/Story: Not present. The OVA is about All Might in his young 18 after losing his mentor and now training with Gran Torino to become the hero he is now. Apart from that there really isn't any story here.
Art: For a 3 minute OVA it sure looked good. That's all I gotta say.
Sound: It was there. Nothing amazing here, scroll down.
Characters: It's All Might and Gran Torino doing stuff they do. No character development except All Mights origin for him always smiling and a few more sprinkles of the origins of his personality that we know of. So pretty good for just 3 minutes.
Overall: This OVA seems to be foreshadowing some sort of bigger OVA about All Might's past and rising to the hero and symbol of peace that is is at the start of MHA. For MHA fans this is a worth watch. Other than that, you can skip this if you want. But it's just 3 minutes, come on. Go watch it. It's just 3 minutes.
