✦Story
So the drama of class differences goes on. Most the time story was quite dark and depressing and sometimes infuriating because of how loving couple has to worry about "social standing" and such things. Full of themselves Aristocrats thinking mighty of themselves and a lot of stupid bickering.
But gotta say, nevertheless it was a very emotional story, did enjoy it a lot. I did enjoy the progression throughout the story. While story goes on a slice-of-life daily tasks, the element of romance and drama was superb. And I gotta say not only the whole progression was great, but the way things were wrapped up were also superb.
Only reason I cannot give 10 to the story, is that there were quite few points where a lot of thematic of the story did annoy me a lot. Arranged marriages, forced family business, the whole Aristocratic or in general thinking of "social standing/public image", whereas going outside the box would result in people screwing you over just because you decide to live differently.
Yet still, the way it was presented and made was a very emotional and very valuable sense of love. Did end up tearing up and I don't do it much.
✦Art & Sound
Well, animation and art is good enough as usual with a little bid odd character face designs.
Music I still did quite enjoy, it had presence and fairly good emotional deliverance.
✦Character
Even though I hate bickering wenches and full of themselves Aristocrats, I did still end up almost enjoying every character there was. Even if some characters were just made to be utter ahems.. they were still enjoyable as plot device.
Aside that, I still love how Hakim just pretty much lives there.
Eleanor... I really liked her and feel for her, but in love circles it's bound that someone gets hurt. So bless William for actually not progressing in pitiful way.
I cannot really add much regarding characters, as it feels it would be a spoiler. But I can tell that much, I did grow into almost every character. Which simply means that the characters in this Anime were highly enjoyable.
✦Enjoyment & Overall
I think I pretty much everything I wanted to. I have absolute weak spot towards truly loving vanilla couples and their story of romance. It's just absolute blessing and what people should thrive towards for and what I personally aim for. A lost relic dream basically.
Aside that,
It's good Anime.
