The premise of this anime is quite intriguing -- internet addicts are placed into a camp which is meant to prevent them from accessing the internet. The title itself, 'Evil or Live' was also something that made me want to watch it (you know, since evil backwards is live). However, the first episode was a bit of a disappointment. I watched on, hoping that it might get better, but it only gets worse. There's one scene in particular where the MC tries to have sex with a girl he likes (she doesn't like him though) only for her to throw up in his mouth. This anime is awkward, disjointed and the plot is all over the place. There're weird ecchi scenes that take away from the atmosphere (although there's not much atmosphere in the first place) and the MC's one of the biggest wimps ever. He's unlikable, pretty trashy and he has no qualities which redeem him. The only character that's worth watching is Shin (some guy who decides that he'll use the MC as his 'toy') but even then, it's not enough to save this trainwreck of a show.
It really is a shame.
