History (2/10):
The series has absolutely nothing less than the starring Panty and Stocking, the entire stories of the series are one of two: 1) Parody to an American franchise. 2) P & S day stories making only sex jokes ... That's basically the whole series; The worst of the case is that the series instead of just "reference" finish, the entire frames of the chapters, the episodes have no difference, the original stories are only inserting a panty and stocking in it; When the series aspired to something better was when the demon sisters showed up making them look like some interesting antagonists but were relegated to a rocket team more.
The red humor of the series is horrible, it does not laugh unless it is a teenager who laughs with things like "Shit, sex, sex, pee, shit, vomit, semen" all his comedy stagnates in the first episode since they repeat the same routine of the joke throughout the series and never make it as fresh as in Ebichu
Characters (2/10)
All are also a piece of shit, Panty the only thing she does in the series is to be a whore and the series loves to repeat it over and over again in the face that she is a whore, Stocking is boring, Garterbell is even more forgettable if it were not Due to the fact that he is black, gay and masochistic, Chuck is tolerable between such a obnoxious cast, the diablas are the best of the series but it is potentially wasted and they are only longer in the series.
Art (7/10)
Creative and quite striking. What attracts of the series is its style of American cartoons turning it the style remaining identifiable and the best thing is periods of transformation when P & S change of cartoons to an animated style (SEXY); The series plays quite a lot with many styles of animation from the end when they kill their enemies by turning everything back to the mache paper mock up to 3D scenes, achieving less than the Imaishi direction in the series is the same as their other works based on more the dynamism and the camera movements at atmospheric level turning in periscope to better appreciate the scene
Sound (10/10).
The best of the series from afar, is music that can be used in a club and would be excellent, the soundtrack is a combination of sex with electro that while most of the film is innocent, the instrumental accompaniment with eccentric and moved rhythms. Easy becomes one of your favorite OST
Enjoyment (2/10).
I finished it by obligation waiting for something good and ended up with something horrible, I will only keep the memory of that excellent soundtrack
Overall (3/10).
I do not give the 2 for the soundtrack and the animation for more than the whole series is bad, that two factors can keep you hooked to look at it

La serie no tiene absolutamente nada original excepto que lo protagonizan Panty and Stocking, las historias enteras de la serie son una de dos: 1) Parodia a una franquicia americana. 2) Historias del dia a dia de P&S haciendo únicamente chistes de sexo… Eso es básicamente la serie entera; Lo peor del caso es que la serie en vez de únicamente “referenciar” termina robando, las tramas enteras de los capítulos parodiados no tienen nada de diferencia a las historias originales solo insertando a panty and stocking en ella; Cuando la serie aspiro a algo mejor fue cuando presento a las hermanas demonios haciéndolas ver como unas interesantes antagonistas pero fueron relegadas a un team rocket mas.
El humor rojo de la serie es horrible, no da risa a menos que sea un prepuberto que se rie con cosas como “Mierda, sexo, sexo, pipi, popo, vomito, semen” toda su comedia se estanca en el primer episodio ya que repiten por toda la serie la misma rutina del chiste y jamas lo vuelven fresco como en Ebichu

Todos son igualmente un pedazo de mierda, Panty lo único que hace en la serie es ser puta y le encanta a la serie repetírtelo una y otra vez en la cara de que es puta, Stocking es aburrida, Garterbell es aun mas olvidable si no fuera por el hecho de que es negro, gay y masoquista, Chuck es tolerable entre un cast tan detestable, las diablas son lo mejor de la serie pero fue tremendo potencial desperdiciado y las volvieron solo unas personajes más en la serie.
Art (7/10).
Creativo y bastante llamativo. Lo que atrae de la serie es su estilo cartoon americano volviéndolo suyo el estilo quedando identificable y lo mejor es los lapsos de transformación cuando P&S cambian de cartoon a un estilo anime (SEXY); La serie juega bastante con muchos estilos de animación desde los finales cuando matan a sus enemigos volviéndolo todo a maqueta de papel mache hasta escenas de 3D, podría mencionar igual que la dirección de Imaishi en la serie es la misma de sus otras obras basándose mas en el dinamismo y movimientos de cámara a nivel atmosférico girando en periscopio para apreciar mejor la escena
Sound (10/10).
Lo mejor de la serie de lejos, es música dance que fácilmente puede ser usada en un antro y quedaría excelente, el soundtrack es una combinación de sexo con electro que mientras la mayoria de la lirica es inocente (Fly away) lo instrumental lo acompaña con ritmos excéntricos y movidos. Facil se vuelve uno de tus OST favoritos
Enjoyment (2/10).
La termine por obligación esperando algo bueno y termine con algo horrible, solo me quedare con el recuerdo de ese excelente soundtrack

No le doy el 2 por el soundtrack y la animación por mas que la serie entera es mala, eso dos factores te pueden mantener engancho a mirarla
