I've never been a fan of this oddly specific genre of anime where a band (no pun intended) of school girls do absolutely nothing because there's no real story, so obviously this show isn't for me. But what I hoped for was that the implementation of music to the show would help it discern from every other one of these types of anime. Unfortunately, I had no such luck. Despite this show being about musicians, the soundtrack is mediocre and the characters rarely play their own instruments. The animation was very bright and pretty, there was no story, the sound was servicable, the characters were KAWAII DESU, and I didn't really like it at all. I mean try it out by all means.
