Not just because it is a copy-paste of oreimo but also because there's nothing more to the experience. If you like to watch moe shows with adorable teenage girls despite a multitude of shortcomings, this might be the anime for you. But if you want dept you're out of luck.
There really isn't anything more to it. There's no plot, just a series of randoms events. There's no characters, just a bunch of vessels for poor fan-service and even the "protagonist" is your classical bland/glorified avatar, whose sole purpose is to move the plot forward.
So in conclusion it truly is as bad as a lot of people say it is. Now it's not a 1/10 simply because the animation is pretty decent and the soundtrack is effective. Therefore i give it a 4 out of 10.
PS: This show is an obvious cash grab, pandering nonsense for lolicons and no one else. So i completely understand the 1/10 scores.
