Spoiler
SPOILER ALERT!!!

Now this is the anime, that I can actually call great. Not because of the story or Trigger's unique art style, but because its really fun and interesting to watch. The anime itself trolls all popular trends that dominate in anime industry - naked girls, spec abilities (hard to find an anime where spec powers are not present), costume transformations, mech-suits, the evil pres. of student council, the chosen one main character type, and contains lots of ecchi moments and much much other mindblowing stuf.
I'm writing this review 3 years after anime was released and though I can't remember all the particular details, the main thing that I will always remember about it - an epic feeling, unbelievable emotions that this anime brought to me. I mean you just can not share the burden of a young girl who's been driven by revenge and fury to find her farther's killer and there is nothing in whole world (even flying alien cloth) that can stop her from revenge. The plot is not something new and fresh, but that is not what Kill la KIll is all about. Passion, passion and passion is that bright brilliant of this show that touched my soul and left incredible beautiful memories about it.

Now let's talk more concrete.

Plot - 6/10.
Like I said there is nothing new and incredible about the storyline. The plot is more than million times used - main heroin motivated by revenge is trying to find her farther's killer, until she realises that she's been dragged into the world scale events. But despite that story does look like your grand grand grandfarthers shoes, Kill la KIll unfolds it in the best light you could imagine. The dialogs are trully great and do help to reveal each character better and better with each episode.

Art - 7/10.
Some might call the art in Kill la KIll unsatisfying because of it's unique style. But that is the special vision of the Trigger studio. A couple years ago they've been known as studio Gainax and released one of the greatest of all time Gurren-Lagann. The type of art did not change through the years. It is colourful, extreme, astonishing and does express everything about this anime from the best side possible.

Music - 10/10.
O yeah, the music. Kill la Kill's soundtrack is just breathtaking - best openings and endings that I have ever heard in anime (all songs are in my playlist;)). And I am not even talking about the "Don't loose your way" song which appeared in the perfect moment of Matoi's and Kiryuuin's first fight and absolutely stole my hart and my ears ( I have really been listening only that song in days with no timeout).

Characters - 10/10.
Another great side of Kill la KIll. The characters are just unbelievably different. Each character brings something new to the anime and makes it so multilateral that any other anime could only dream about. The unstopability of Ryuuko, mastership of Satsuki, Mako's humor and kindness and of course Aikurou's nudistic skill - the coctail is mixed and ready for you to enjoy it!!!

Enjoyment - 9/10.
The beauty of this anime can not be explained in words. You just need to watch it to understand its greatness. You can expect a loooot of jokes, funny situations, nude characters of course;))), dosens of action scenes and tonnes of blood and much more of other stuff. Splendid art style and voice acting will drag you to the bottomless ocean of Kill la KIll's beauty.

Summary - 9/10.
Nothing to add, nothing to take. LOVE LOVE LOVE this show. One of my favourite and I recommend it to everyone (sure as hell it's in my favourite list). The creators have done just great job and brought to the world an unforgettable anime with one of most beloved waifus of all time!
