I'm not normally one to review Animes because I'm not the best at writing perfectly about an anime. I'm going to keep this short and sweet because of that. This anime is the best anime i have ever seen without a doubt. Re: Zero had one flaw in its entirety and that is the fact the checkpoint system for his ability "return by death" is very convenient to saving time in the anime. But honestly everyone should be able to look past that.

This anime did what i thought no anime could, in which it would allow the main character to make choices based on what was worth sacrificing. I wish they would have gone to the extreme on this, but hey, cant ask for everything in 25 episodes. The overall stage is not the best described until later, wherein Stein's Gate spent the entire first half dedicated to scene. RE: Zero doesn't focus much on side characters, and because of that, i think people can get detached, but through the main characters experiences, this anime portrays everyone's thoughts and emotions perfectly. I was hooked from the first episode really, and i stayed up all night to finish this anime, which i hadn't done since i watched Guilty Crown.

Overall this anime is a 10/10 without a doubt. The story is perfect, and carried through perfectly for what they want to do. The character development is perfect, and carried through perfectly to the end. The art style and sound match the anime perfectly, i don't have any complaints about this anime. Honestly everyone is going to have their preferences in what style of anime they watch, but this is a must watch on my list.
