I wont deny the fanservice with big breasts and erotic plays around in the anime. Since thats just how it is. But what i will say is that besides that this anime gives alot of good aspects.
So first story for me first time i started to get annoyed by one thing and that is that it felt too much of something taken from Mahouka no rettousei so that is why the story wise i thought this anime was lacking. What gave it its own life was the great battles combined with the progressing story. It wasnt as if they rushed the entire thing through the anime eventhough its only 12 episodes i felt that they didnt rush it too much like many fighting anime are these days.
The opening gives you a good feel of some of the great art hidden in this anime. For me it make this anime unique though they wont use it alot it still gives this anime its own identity.
The Opening and ending are both great. Eventhough the ending felt very similar to one of code geass and one to Rozen maiden it still had it great parts. The opening though was even greater it was original for me in many ways and the art used in it made it become greater.
Character wise i wouldnt say that this anime has tons of original ones for that i will admit. But they do have some easy to remember ones like the sister of the MC and her roommate had their own feel to it. I also liked that this main character isnt some monkey with zero in iq. He actually works well and uses hes ability in a way that makes it fun to watch eventhough it pains me to see similarities again with mahouka.
So yeah i enjoyed it the fanservice is just part of the anime but the well made battle scenes and execution of it all made it well worth it. The opening was also unforgettable for me and was one i could watch all over again and find it just as awesome as with the music used in the anime. So 8/10 is what i would give it since it gave me enjoyment of a different scale but enjoyment that fitted this kinda of anime very well. When it comes to this kind of fighing school , ecchi anime then this one is actually up there.
