First thing I want to mention, if you are thinking, like I was, about watching this because it's P.A. Works, just don't. Animation is worse than in your regular harem anime.
Anime follows a girl named Chika as she joins Brass Instrument Club in her new high school and tries to get to the nationals. Now if this was actually true you might even have a decent anime, but it boils down to episodic mystery solving followed by adding a few new members to their club. You might get a few chuckles here and their from Chika's and her childhood friend Haru's interaction, but nothing more.
Characters are all made so tragic and "deep" and without exception their life problems are solved by Haru in a single episode. Imagine that. Animation as mentioned is below standard. Music in the anime, ironically, doesn't have a single memorable song in it.
You can skip this one without a doubt.
