Okay so you get the idea, a one woman war against the machines that attacked us. Nothing new or innovative here. I like the art and style, but I dislike the fact that there it’s (insert protagonist) versus the machines, a plot used and abused throughout time. It's 11 episodes, but there seems to be only six episodes of material. And it moves as such, like they plotted out six episodes then got greenlit for 11. For what it is, it works, and I'm glad I watched something that didn't make me think I'm watching a child's program. But it's not enough, of anything, violence, sex appeal, plot, emotion you name it. If there was no more, I wouldn't miss it, and if there was more I'd probably watch it. Other than that it's take it or leave it. A good solid "meh..."
But I do want to add that it's mediocre anime like this that keeps AoT great in the minds of some fans...
