"Red is the colour of Fate"

It is very rare that when I start watching a show that by the time I finish both seasons I find myself thinking, "that ended perfectly and I honestly hope for no more seasons". Akagami no Shirayuki-hime was one of those shows that sticks with you like a hot glue gun sticking to your skin. Except a lot less painful, as you would actually enjoy watching this show. I hope you understood my metaphor. TL;DR - this show sticks with you

The story continues from the last season (obviously) and is executed well--if not better than the first season--making it enjoyable to watch. The art is phenomenal (as is the sound) resulting in a very calming show to sit down and watch on a lazy weekend. The characters stay much the same, as is mentioned multiple times by the characters as to show that not much has changed.
The only exception to this would be Raji, who gets his own character arc for a while in this season, making him one of the main characters.

The show easily gets a recommendation from me and is one of my favourite romance animes, making it a real shame that I originally dropped Akagami no Shirayuki-hime after episode 3 when it was first airing due to how slow it originally felt. I'm glad I picked up this title again because I would've severely missed out if I'd not continued watching it.
