This one is most of the same, but has a good atmosphere to it. You can feel the survival aspects, but sometimes it can be a bit over the top. Some scenes are portrayed beautifully, and other times it's just too much ecchi and fan service. The entire premise is unknown, as it's strange how zombies can just happen all over the globe without any explanation. But the story on how a few high schooler's can manage is alright, but exaggerated.
The art in this is good. I love the animation style and overall the "feel" of this anime does give that zombie feel. But again you're always having giant oppai shoved in your face so it does get a bit over done. The scenery is very nice to look at and to see an entire city in ruin.
The theme song here is what gives it such a good score. I really love this theme song (instrumental version). It really fits with the mood of this anime and really has a great vibe to it. As for the other sounds through the anime it's all very much what you would expect, and again being i watch only dub. The voice acting here is pretty damn good!
Not much to say about the characters though, i mean it's your average zombie group scenario, so that's that. But i do feel like they did a good job presenting the characters a little. Showing they're weaknesses and strengths evenly. And i feel like the characters CAN be memorable if you are a fan of this type of anime.
The enjoyment was, for a fan-service anime. Good. I do see myself maybe re-watching the anime again to see if i missed anything. But sadly no second season is coming. So the hype probably won't last for long. But for how this anime stands it's pretty good. If you like cliche zombie anime with some memorable characters and very good OP, I recommend watching this one!
