This review will have some spoiler too
Story: 7 young kids ( soon to be 8) get trap in the digital world find their digimon to fight the bad guys. That's it. Short simple and they done a fantastic job telling the story. There is also some drama to it. Not just with each other or with their digimon. But we have parents divorce and Koushiro (Izzy)learn being adopted.
Art and animation: Nothing to talk much here. The art is 100% hand drawn and still look good till these days
Character: There is 8 human characters, 8 digimon and still balance it very well. Still have good character developments. Not just the main 16 character but also the side cast being the parents. Such as Takeru (TK) mom and sora mom. Each characters in this anime have their own personality that we all can reflect on. For example, Taichi (Tai) being the courageous fellow who thinks about the action first before learning the consequences of his action. Or Sora being the person that can't understand her mother love.
Enjoyment: As you can tell by this review. This anime is a must watch not for the younger generation or people who grew up with this series in the 90's. It have such great moral lessons that even adults can learn.
