What I liked: Art style was superb. Rich colors and character design brought this world to life. Good story setting and decent progression. Characters develop and have life and emotion in their animation and voice. Voice actors are top notch in the original. OST is bright during downtime and suspenseful during action shots.
What I didn't like: CGI models being used. It really took me out of the anime when a shot was pure CGI. It's a small complaint and honestly the only fault visually.
It's unfortunate that it wasn't picked up for another season.
I give this an 8.5 out of 10.
