KonoSuba is not another one of those harem shows with all those overused cliches common in light novel adaptations. What KoboSuba appeals to me the most are the characters, especially the male MC Kazuma.
Kazuma is one of the rare male MC in harem show that is actually funny and with a common sense. Nowadays, there is a lot of harem show where the male MC is really dense and is a pain to watch.
In KonoSuba, Kazuma is one of the reason which makes the show awesome, because it is his character which we can relate to. Whenever we watch a harem show, we wanted the male MC to do something different and do what we wanted him to do, and Kazuma does that.
On the other hand, the other three main female characters were also likeable. Aqua is also another funny character, but she is REALLY annoying and useless. Megumin and Darkness are also funny characters as well.
On the other hand, the story is rather decent. But the animation puts me a little off, especially the boobs jiggling animation.
The characters are the biggest reason why I find KonoSuba enjoyable to watch. I would greatly recommend this anime for those who likes comedy or for those who watch to watch harem show with a funny male MC.
