I think the idea for the story was good, but being a musical I think it kind of ruined it a bit, they would just start singing out of nowhere and most times in situations where you wouldn't even understand why the song was being sung

I liked the art, the colors were cool, the design of it was great and I liked the girls uniforms
Characters:
In the begining I really liked Ritsuka she seemed like someone who could stand up for herself without being too much of heroine, but as the story began unfolding it seemed to me like she began to be a bit helpless
Overall I think the idea of it was great but I don't think it was well utilized, however, I don't think it was a waste of time either.
