The anime is set in a school where there are Magic Knights. The star of the show, Kurogane Ikki, is one of the knights but he has very bad magical skills that he is F-Ranked. This anime mainly focuses around our Kurogane Ikki, his development, and his efforts to rise from being the "Worst One". You may find the plot a bit cliché, but i think thing like that doesn't really matter as what matters the most is the execution and it is really well done.
This anime will not explore the concept of magic knights to far and instead will show lots of Ikki's struggles and his views. His trouble with his past and how he has grown to his ideals.
The action in this anime very is very engaging and colourful, it keeps me excited throughout the scene. I loved watching Ikki fighting, it's fun to see how he thinks and acts.
I liked the opening for this anime, but not so much for ending. The ending just feels weird with how they start the music.
Overall, this is a very good anime showing very good action and the protagonist's development. This anime might start typical but it is executed very very well and keeps me entertained the whole duration. This anime will not be a harem and focus more on romance.
