Its been a long time since I gave an anime a 10/10!!!
At first, other reviews said this was a typical harem non-sense. And I kind of bought into it, but had nothing to watch so I decided on this one. I got hooked since episode 1.
Why? Because the MC is another one that is "little off" from the standard dumb as a brick, closed off guy that is super embarrassed about little skin. I'd have to say that he is one of the very rare MC in anime that has admitted to loving a girl and then proposing to her.
Now this anime is far from perfect. The girl characters are so mainstream: pink pigtails, huge breasts, arrogant and short tempered tsundere. And all the other harem details that belong into mainstream. Overpowered underdog MC, charming everyone and getting through against all odds. Nothing of this is bad mind you, just saying its mainstream and has already been seen too many times.
But there are some moments that captured my attention. The story is relatively okay, but the sound + art is amazing. Something about this anime shines to me. And the best: the MC becomes a man who takes responsibility and admits his feelings. Something totally rare.
10/10! Can't wait for season 2
