Panty and Stocking with Garterbelt features two angelic sisters: Panty and Stocking, who were kicked from the pearly gates of heaven for being terrible, god-awful people. They are then forced to slay ghosts in a city that lies between heaven and earth to earn heaven coins. Upon reaching enough they will be granted access back into the high heavens.
Side not: I advise that this anime be watched dubbed. The majority of the humor is in the dialogue, and it obviously has a stronger delivery with a voice rather than text.

Story:
Well I more or less covered the overall story in the prologue. Its interested because its pits angels as being immoral and indecent, whilst they're nemesis, the Demon sisters, as proper and rule-going. PSG follows a sit-com style show, you dont have to see the previous episode(s) to know whats going and who's who. The actual plot doesnt pick up until much later in the anime, but manages to actual hold strong interest and keeps you wanting to see how it ends.

Art:
Not only is the art style and animation incredibly appealing and smooth, the show switches art styles without warning, often mocking western animations. They spare no expense in this though, and no matter the style that is chosen its manages to catch the viewers eye in every way.

Sound:
The OST produced by TCY Force and Taku Takahashi is easily one the best sound tracks form any anime. The rave and EDM beats from a variety of producers manage to cover all genres to fit any situation in the anime, be it action, suspense, or even sentimental moment. Every tack in the OST is strong enough to be a hit single. The voice acting is also incredible, bringing in strong talent for every character, as they manage to deliver hilarious lines throughout the series.

Character:
The characters of Panty and Stocking are some the most energetic, lively and amusing characters to come from any work of fiction. All of them bring they're own flavor of humor to the screen. There aren't many characters, but everyone gets plenty of screen time and they all have enjoyable moments so you won't be disappointed no matter who your favorite is. The world of PSG truly brings characters to life like no other.

Enjoyment:
Having seen this entire anime 7 or 8 times myself, I can safely call this one of the most enjoyable animes on the planet. Its easy to get into, the characters are always lively, the humor never gets stale, and once you start watching, you feel compelled to finish it to the end.

Overall:
Proudly donning a 10/10, Panty and Stocking with Garterbelt continues to charm both new viewers and veterans of the series with its gorgeous art, rocking soundtrack, and side-splitting dialogue. There are very few categories where the anime doesnt go reach a perfect score, but the others easily bring it to a total 10. I strongly recommend this to anyone looking for something charming, hilarious, and just looking for a damn good watch. Warning: this is easy to pick, and very hard to put down.

*Favorite Character:
Without a shadow of a doubt, this title easily goes to Stocking Anarchy, the younger of the two angelic sisters. Stocking manages to be one of the most adorable characters ever, with her love of sweets causing more harm than good. Her badassery also knows no bounds, being able to take on the most formidable of ghosts and demons. Also bringing a variety of humor throughout every episode, be it in her cat-fighting with Panty, or stuffing cookies in her face at inappropriate times. Stocking Anarchy is one of, if not my favorite character in all of anime. You go girl
