STORY- 7/10
Story-wise it got better, with the twists at the beginning of the season being vital to the rest of the plot. Gilgamesh looks even cooler in UBW than he did in Fate/Zero, we get some interesting backstories and more character development, nice job UBW. Shirou still says weird stuff ("Just because you're correct doesn't mean you're right!"), but he's better than last season LOL.
ART- 10/10
Well yes, the art does go down a bit in quality later on in the season, but then you should look at DEEN's movie adaption of UBW and you'd see why this still deserves a 10. The Archer vs Lancer rematch was godly though, won't deny that.
SOUND- 9/10
Well, turns out that Yuki Kajiura helped out with the music (something I missed last season), and after watching DEEN's adaption, I must say that the music is pretty good. And of course, the Fate veterans have been voice-acting this one for a while now, so their voices are on point. Once again, this score was influenced by the godly Archer vs Lancer rematch.
CHARACTER- 7/10
HOORAY SHIROU ISN'T A COMPLETE IDIOT ANYMORE WOOHOO CELEBRATE. Yeah, Shirou gets some development, Rin kinda goes Tsundere but it doesn't affect the general plot too much. Saber is less of a mindless fighter and Archer is as badass as ever. Lancer turns out to be a cool guy too. Shinji is kinda stupid though, but he was always stupid.
ENJOYMENT- 8/10
Unlimited Budget Works still failed to disappoint me while watching it. I was thoroughly entertained throughout the entire show, even if the story and character departments were still kinda weak.
OVERALL- 8/10
Nice follow-up to the first season, definitely recommend to all anime viewers to at least watch the fight scenes if nothing else.
