Story 10/10
Continuing from the first season, the battle continues for the Holy Grail War.
The story in season 2 is way darker than the first season, hence the reason why I love this season more than season 1. Sometimes, the plot confuses me but I tend to catch up.
Art/Animation 9/10
The animation is a bit better than the first season. The antagonists like "Berserker" now has a CGI-ish effects. The character and environment designs seems to be the same to me.
Sound 9/10
The soundtrack is a little bit improved. The battle themes are a bit better than the first season. "Emotional" themes are the same. Opening soundtrack is ok but the first season OP was better and the ending soundtrack is way better than the first season ED.
Character 9/10
If you watch the first season then you already know who the characters are. It's basically 7 masters and 7 servants fighting for the Holy Grail. However, in these season, these guys seemed to "start disappearing" if you know what I mean.
Enjoyment 9/10
I seriously enjoyed this show and I wouldn't mind watching the whole series again if I have the time. I'll probably watch the first season more than the 2nd season since this season tends to be more darker.
Overall 9.2/10
If you're searching for an anime with a great story then this is truly the show for you. There are a little bit of cheesy scenes but don't let that bother you.
