Non Non Biyori is a light hearted anime about 4 girls living in the country. The series goes along with their daily lives. Sometimes they visit the candy store, sometimes they work in the fields and sometime they are working on a school event. Whatever the day is, it is filled with joy, laughter and a beautiful countryside.


Story 8/10:
It starts off with Hotaru coming to the countryside from Tokyo due to her dad's job. She joins the school in which all students (5 of them) study in a different grade but in the same classroom. 4 of the students are girls and 1 is a boy. Each episode tells a new adventure/story about the 4 girls in the countryside. It's all fun and lighthearted comedy meant to be enjoyed without a care in the world.

Art 8/10:
The animation is good for an anime like this. Making cute characters to go with the anime atmosphere. The scenery and background are really nice.

Sound 8/10:
The opening "Nanairo Biyori" is performend by Nano Ripe. It's quite a nice song to listen to.

Enjoyment 9/10:
A really enjoyable series. It's meant to be watched just for fun and to pass the time with some light hearted comedy and cute characters.

It was a really good anime. And I'm glad it's getting a sequel "Non Non Biyori Repeat"
Watch it if you want some nice warm slice of life anime.
