As this is the first picture drama I have ever seen, I can't say it was bad. I have no reference point to justify saying that. It showed some art of Ein from Bebop, and thanks to the music it still managed to bring back the nostalgia of the anime.
All in all, for a minute of your time, this is worth a watch. Even if you haven't seen/don't care for the anime.
