Now to get some details down, short and shabby, as is my trademark.
The story is nothing short of a stroke of genius. This is one of the rare series which manages to do 12 episodes amazingly, and the only reason you want more episodes isn't so that the story or characters get time to develop. No, you just want more because it's so good.
Not that Death Parade leaves you wanting, oh no. Trust me, you'll be satisfied.
Art is good, could be better as with most things. I mean, the average is not that great so even if a show is above average that doesn't mean it's splendid.
Let me put it like this: Personally, I don't have any complaints, but I can understand if people with higher demands would have some complaints. Like, if you're expecting coreography (and the only show you've ever watched is Bebop) then yeah I get why you'd be disapointed with the animation. Otherwise it's fine.
The sound can be summarized as: the opening is fucking great.
Characters are very varied and vastly enjoyable.
It's a good show, there are laughs there are tears, don't let this one fall into obscurity, watch it asap.
