Oh the feels are real... I'm just in awe after watching Shigatsu. I feel so at peace, so moved by it all, there are no words that can be said about how everything clicked with me without giving out spoilers, which I won't. Everything from the art, which has a flowy, romantic style (perfect for Chopin) that makes everything seem more lively. Each character is distinctly amazing in his/her own right; what makes good, well-rounded animes are characters that move the plot and Shigatsu certainly has its share of them. It took a little bit longer than I thought to get to the end, but it was all worth it. I remember marathoning the first 15 episodes in one day, and just being utterly speechless and crying, and this comes from a guy who is indifferent about almost everything. Well worth the time I put into it, and definitely unique in its own right. Enjoy it while you watch, because there may never be a slice of life quite like Shigatsu wa Kimi no Uso again.
