Akame ga Kill is the Game of thrones of anime. The concept of plot armor does not exist. That makes the fights between the characters very intence and interesting since you don't know who will survive. The only bad thing i whould say is that by the end ,because of the anime only ending, everything disolved into characters being murdered every episode just for shock value. It also opened some plot holes and inconsistencies. But i must say the ending wraped everything up pretty good so it is a complete package. But it could have been soo much more if it followed its source material. I whould recomend watching it if you are not a manga reader, and after you watch it you can read the manga and see what i could have been :D.
