The synopsis sums the story up and I thought it was pretty original, the money part at least.

I had no problem with the style of art in this show and what gave it an 8 for me was the style in the financial district. I liked how each country's financial district had a serperate color that is themed with it and I personally liked everything else about the financial district.
Sound:6
The sound in any anime doesn't usually jump out at me. This was the case with C: Control. The reason I gave it 6 instead of a 5 is because I liked the opening song but it wasn't amazing.
Characters:9
I haven't read any reviews for this show but I'm assuming people though were a low point in the show which I think is fair. I thought the characters were well developed and likeable for how short this anime was. If the show was longer and the characters weren't more developed I would of rated it lower but for its length it could've done much worse and not much better. Plus I related to the main character because of the choices he had to make in the show, I feel like I would've acted similarly

Don't get me wrong this show had it's faults and it is short but things like the ending didn't feel rushed and the show wasn't being dragged out. The show moved fast but not do fast it felt rushed so I wasn't confused, and it wasn't dragging itself out so it wasn't boring.
Overall:9
It gets a 9 out of me because I rate any show based on characters, enjoyment, and story. This one had a really good balance especially for its length. The story was a little weak to me but I think it could've been a lot worse.
