It was painful to sit through this. While viewing it, my face was contorted in such a frown, that it began to literally cause me to feel pain.
I realize that this was created for the internet, and not to be shown on TV, but even taken in that context, this is some of the laziest animation I've ever seen. Static images of characters wobble back and forth while they're talking, and nobody's mouths move. There's, I think... a total of two backgrounds in the show through all of the 12 shorts. I think in-total, between the backgrounds, the characters and their different emotions, the show probably consists of about 15 different drawings.
On top of the poor animation, there's also some really sub-par art going on here as well. The characters are all in this horrid looking superdeformed style that I've just never been a fan of. Even aside from the style, it looks like some run of the mill crap you'd see by some 15 year old girl on DeviantArt with too much free time on her hands, and a copy of Paint Tool SAI. The one positive thing I can say is that the colors are used effectively, but that's hardly enough to warrant such an eyesore.
Now, as for the characters, they're all generic, and we've all seen them before. We've got a Tsundere, a whiny kid with unreturned feelings of love, a whiny teacher who's accused of being a pervert left and right. A shy, introverted girl who's got a dark side, and a bubbly, flirty teacher's aid, and one more whom I can't even remember. None of them are likable, I can't remember any of their names, and I'm totally sick of talking about them, so let's move on.
Let's talk about the story!~ It's trash!
Each episode is focused entirely on the dialogue, so, we have characters talking about things that they want to do instead of actually doing them (since the artist didn't feel the need to add any more locations to the show besides "outside the school" or "inside the school"). Thus, since there's not much depth to what they're talking about, the writers decided to throw a bunch of random stuff into the script in an attempt to make the viewer laugh, except none of it is funny, so I'm just sitting there shaking my head in disappointment. There's a running joke where the teacher gets set on fire, and that got a chuckle out of me twice, but for the most part, everything is total garbage and makes me want to die inside.
Audio is also lacking. The opening is annoying. The characters are annoying! Sound effects aren't that bad... but everything else is annoying!
Man, I don't even want to write anything else about this show, it's THAT horrid. I'm stopping now. Not recommended!
