I was just thoroughly entertained by this TRIGGER masterpiece.

There is much that can be said of this anime I will utterly fail trying to explain it.

That being said I attempt to do my best to persuade you that this is a piece of work that I strongly suggest you consider.

First the story. Its awesome, sure it has some familiar aspects but that's what makes it perfect when added to its creative and absurd center. I mean one of the center themes is clothing/uniforms and even though that is not a completely new idea the way that KLK uses it, is. The director Hiroyuki Imsaishi and writer Kazuki Nakashima are awesome and hold up to their expectations. And one of the greatest things you can expect from these two is a lightning paced story that surprisingly will leave very few plot holes, if any to confuse you. No fillers or breaks no useless crap for these guys, just straight to the point.

The art. Now the art can be debated and in fact when I first glimpsed Kill La Kill I actually put it off for a little bit due to the art. Im someone who really cares about the artwork being detailed and fluid and nice so when I saw Kill La Kill's somewhat crude and rough texture I was a little turned off. That was a mistake on my part and definitely taught me the "not to judge by appearances" lesson. Kill La Kill's art like almost everything about it is what makes it unique and wonderful. It perfectly handles its characters through high octane action and comedy.

The sound. Personally I loved every single characters voice and thought each one perfectly fit its role. The music was awesome and had me humming it after watching some of the episodes. I always had the sound turned on high when watching Kill La Kill. It definitely adds to the enjoyment.

Character: Kill La Kill has a huge amount of diversified characters and each one is unique and enjoyable. It has the tough, confident and cocky MC, The cool and powerful antagonist, the funny as hell freind, the crazy villain, even the sailor uniform becomes a memorable character and despite this diversity it puts time into each one, giving you a decent understanding of each one with little underdevelopment. Your bound to have a favorite character by the end of the show.

As I've said earlier, I was thoroughly entertained, this has definitely become one of my favorites and I will definitely be watching this again in the future. I was so devastated when I watched the last episode and knew I would then have to look for another anime that would probably not be on par with KLK. I highly recommend you give it a watch and if you enjoy it please rate it 10 not because it necessarily is a perfect anime but I mean come on it only has a 8.4 despite it being much better than a lot of the other anime's above it.
